TUTORIAL : WATER BUMP NOISE
There are two techniques i usually used to render water, they are water bump by noise and water bump by image.
In this blog would contain water bump by noise.
First make your 3D modeling, then add texture on it. For water texture, set opacity into 5 or less to make it looks transparent. Then go to V-Ray Material Editor
Rename your material to ease you to differentiate from other material. Then create layer refraction and reflection.
Then Go to m button next to bump section. Set none to TexWater like image above. Click preview to see the result of your material. Close then set an angle then hit R button to render.
